Approval will be based on the submission of complete and correct information. Upon approval, all affiliates must provide an accurate and complete W-9 or W-8BEN. Approved affiliates will be terminated, and all commissions forfeited, if any contact information or promotion strategy is found to be fraudulent, or if changes are made without informing and receiving approval from Ad Angler Account Management.
